Kids Design Cafe is a new concept for Learn & Entertain. Our program was well-created to teach kids ages 3-16+ basic foundations of Art and Design in simple and fun ways. The program is tailored especially for kids and youth looking to learn arts & design in a casual environment.
Our craft projects come in packages, each package offers something new to learn.
Our packages are unique in how they are assembled to introduce enrichment information in a fun and educational program.
The cafe offers a casual environment for children and teens with available craft project packages. Each package offers something new to learn and is assembled in a way that introduces information meant to educate and enrich their understanding of design concepts.
Memberships are available at a variety of tiers. The Kids Design Cafe can also be booked for birthday parties and special events.

Meet Hasna Abohomos (In the News)
After Hansa Abohomos graduated with degrees in business, she started her career in marketing. She then went for her Fine Arts degree and achieved her old dream.
Hasna graduated from the New York School of Interior Design.
Abohomos is also the founder and owner of the Design Cafe, www.inthedesigncafe.com, and the Kids Design Cafe, in Birmingham, a place built to inspire kids ages 4-16 before they get to college and to potentially lay the foundation for a career in art and design.
“First of all, I love teaching Arts,” Abohomos said. “I’m a designer, and I always wished to find, one day, a school of art where kids can go from elementary all the way to high school, to prepare children before they go to college.
“There are talented kids who always have that sense for arts and crafts and love to create crafts with their hands. I want to stress on those skills,” Abohomos said. “The more they learn about it, the more they learn about basic concepts of art, it will help them before they go to high school, to think about what they might want to be in their future.
Kids Design Cafe’s mission is to learn and entertain. It’s a place where kids learn the basic foundations of art and design in simple & fun ways.
